The Sherry Finished barrel had 4 year old bourbon added to a Spanish Oloroso Sherry barrel for 8 months and is 100.4 proof. Dale Gifford claims this one is more delicate and soft than the Double Oaked bottle with a youthful nose that has hints of the Sherry cask. He also notes that the sweet and oak characteristics balance each other out well and make this an easy sipper: "I want 3 of these!"

The Double Oaked barrel had 4 year old bourbon transferred into an unused new charred oak barrel for an additional 4-8 months and is 108.8 proof. This one reminded Elijah Robledo of moist chocolate cake with hints of cherry and dark fruits. Bryce Werner said the nose has chocolate notes with plenty of added oak but is surprised with vanilla on the palate that was not there on the nose.
