The Sherry Finished barrel had 4 year old bourbon added to a Spanish Oloroso Sherry barrel for 8 months and is 100.4 proof. Dale Gifford claims this one is more delicate and soft than the Double Oaked bottle with a youthful nose that has hints of the Sherry cask. He also notes that the sweet and oak characteristics balance each other out well and make this an easy sipper: "I want 3 of these!"
